the gardens are beautiful and peaceful for relaxing after adventuring. odd rules made us feel awkward.

The hotel offers beautifully decorated Hawaiian-themed rooms.
Our experience was marred by a lack of cleanliness throughout the property. The absence of on-site assistance made it challenging to address our concerns. It was perplexing to learn that they offered no refunds for the service we didn’t receive, adding to our frustration during this already stressful trip.

great location but minor issues
The location of this inn was perfect, offering easy access to various restaurants and activities in a peaceful neighborhood. The breakfast options were diverse and delightful, especially the fresh fruit selection that changed daily. The owner was highly responsive through text messages, making communication very smooth. On top of that, I enjoyed the charming veranda, where I relaxed with snacks and tea provided throughout the day.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable at times, which was inconvenient during my stay.

The accommodations were comfortable and
spacious, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were genuinely friendly and shared tips for local attractions. An unexpected treat was the homemade cookies provided daily. However, the room did lack some privacy due to being close to shared areas.

historic wailuku inn is cute at first, but wait until you experience the lack of cleanliness and zero refund policy. I expected better service, maybe a welcome fruit basket or something? instead, I had to settle for a non-working TV and no one around to help. almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t!

Couple's lovely experience
The breakfasts were one of the best parts, each morning they served a variety of fresh fruit that changed daily, and I also had the chance to dig into a mouth-watering veg frittata. Another highlight was our access to a charming veranda where we enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine after a long day of adventures-a peaceful slice of paradise that we cherished.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but considering what we got, I’d say it was worth it.

The beautiful grounds of the inn made exploring with our small child a delight. We loved the amazing breakfasts, especially the fresh fruit! One highlight was snorkeling just a short drive away, where we saw colorful fish swimming in crystal-clear waters.
My wife says that the kids wished for more kid-friendly options at breakfast.

Had an awesome stay with friends! The breakfast was nice and filled us up for our adventures. We loved snorkeling—it was amazing to explore so many marine animals. We also took time to relax on the black sand beach after a hike in the lush bamboo forests. This place is a great base for exploring everything Maui has to offer. Would definitely recommend it!
The only downside was a frustrating experience with the TV in our room. it just wouldn’t work properly. It put a small damper on our stay, but we didn’t let it ruin the fun!

Had an amazing time! The breakfasts were delicious and we loved unwinding in the beautiful garden and on the charming lanai. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi connection could be spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful experience. 🌺

missingWrote a review on May 27delightful breakfastbeautifully furnished spaceslacking empathyisolated locationoverly monitored atmosphere
The breakfast offered a delightful variety and the standout boiled eggs catered to different tastes. Beautifully furnished spaces provided numerous cozy corners for relaxation. However, communication with the management was unsettling, often lacking empathy, especially during difficult personal times. The property's location felt isolated, lacking vibrant attractions within walking distance, and the presence of cameras made the atmosphere feel overly monitored, detracting from the comfort of the stay.

missingWrote a review on May 15dining room snacks
Just a smart choice for a cursory stop in Wailuku with great value for the money. The dining room was a pleasant surprise. there were tea and snacks available at all times, which made it easy to grab something before heading out. Bring your own bath products, as they didn't provide much in the room.

A more comprehensive welcome packet would be helpful.
